Place ribs inside a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook until almost tender. Drain the ribs and place these questions shallow baking pan.

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 drops Tabasco sauce
Place pork in a shallow roasting pan and roast in the 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Combine the onion, celery, garlic, brown sugar, mustard, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce. Stir this mixture to blend well and pour within the pork. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and continue baking for the next 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently. For everyone, slice the pork and serve the sauce within the slices.
